ICDEOL creates spot admission centres at various places in the country. Spot admission centres are manned by the officials deputed by the ICDEOL from the Head-Quarters but they are not authorized to accept cash payments towards the fee (except for the price of the handbook of information-cum-application form) Payment of fee at the spot admission centres shall be accepted only through crossed IPOs/Bank Draft drawn in favour of the Director, International Centre for Distance Education and Open Learning, Himachal Pradesh University, Summer Hill, Shimla-171005. The Bank Draft should preferably be drawn on the State Bank of India, Summer-Hill, Shimla-171005

The application for admission to a course/class shall be made on the prescribed admission forms downloadable from website - www.icdeolhpu.org, duly filled in by the candidate legibly in his/her own handwriting along with the documents required. Photostat copies of the certificates must be attested clearly indicating name and designation of the competent attesting authority.

The application form duly filled-in and accompanied by IPOs/Bank Draft of prescribed fee as processing fee payable to the Director, ICDEOL, H.P. University, Shimla-5 along with attested Certificates, Testimonials, COUNSELLING CARD (with postage stamps of Rs. 6/- affixed on the space provided) must reach the Director, ICDEOL, H.P. University, Summer Hill, Shimla (HP) 171005 by the last date fixed for the purpose.
